Cheap put together metal frame with plastic sleeves.I was so excited to receive my shades today, but when clipping them onto the hoops, all but 2 of the clips came off. They are glued to the shade, but whether because of heat during travel (it took a month to receive) , or lack of glue during production, they popped right off. Didn't even get them attached to one hoop, let alone two.Want to return ASAP! Cheap and doesn’t fit my lampsDid not say it needed assembled. Cheaply made for price charged. Plus a piece was broke off.It was easy to install and looks fabulous.
