We used this kit to make centerpiece candles for our wedding with recycled jars. The wax was so easy to use, smells great on it's own (no chemical smell - just wax). We added a couple drops of Lemongrass to ours and it turned the color a little more yellow than the original white wax, which was what we wanted.My only complaint is I wish it had more wax to go with it. Since I have fatter candles I ended up using all the wax on sixteen for my tables - the perfect amount for the wedding but if I had needed more it would have been a bit disappointing. I also didn't use the metal wick holders because my jars were not cut evenly across.Great product I use it all the time, it’s the best to keep the scent. However, this last batch had tons when I say tons I mean tons of cardboard particles in it. I had orders to ship out so I used it but would’ve been nice to not pick out specks of cardboard from every candle.This is a great package for candle making, my only complaint is that I wished it came with adhesive stickers for the wicks. I like to also have adhesives and not just glue them.Love how it's in pellet form?it melts well and is easy to pour, 2nd time I have used.It’s a great starter wax until you get more knowledgeable about the others. Price kept increasing for me which is why I discontinued using itI love this it was so easy and wonderfulMade candles, as expected. They burned, as expected. Accidentally set fire to curtains, probably should’ve expected. But, a fine product. Scent cast was a bit low for my taste, but I only ever light candles when I burn things attempting to cook, so not a huge dealWhen I first used this, I put the wax chips in a microwave safe container and microwaved them for 2 minutes, they melted great in the microwave and it was easy to pour! The little metal objects that hold the wick in place was a bit disappointing because the wick kept leaning over (making it look diagonal in the candle) so I had to use something different I had around the house to keep the wick standing up straight. The wax is great though and doesn't have a scent.First time I've ever made candles. At first I was disappointed because it didn't come with any instructions. Found many videos online however and it was extremely easy! We made 15 candles of various sizes with the 5 lb kit. I would definitely make again!Wax was easy to use and had a nice neutral fragrance. The wicks worked very well and the candle wick centring items didn’t work great for me but they were included in the kit. Good for making a few batches of candles but not many. Just as I was getting the hang of it I ran out of wax.Very good product, one bag makes 4 of the 4oz jars. Happy with this will definitely order again
