Everything was good but only one of the pots was damaged ?The edges as you reach underneath the warmer will cut you. I’ve had three employees slice their fingers when cleaning the device. Very sharp edge. Probably going to trim around it with electric tape to prevent any more injuries. The soup warmer itself works great but there isn’t anywhere good to store the lids which is annoying.Worked as expected. Great soup warmer. We found that it takes 2 hours for the soup to heat up in it. So you might want to give yourself time to have it warm up. Or you can do what we did in the end, we heated the soup in a pot and transferred it to the warmer. I had 2 thick soups and they didn't burn, and we kept them heated for hours. You must put water in the bottom, up till the little ledge inside. We didn't see that in the instructions, but one of my sons was familiar with the product and he knew what to do! So please be aware of this!Received and tried to decipher instructions. I own a restaurant, so I'm not a stranger to steam tables or warmers. This thing is weird. Exposed burners that make you Leary about dumping water into the well and a side button that still, is a sort of mystery. The dial turns down, but doesn't turn the unit off. It was not consistent in its warming. The pants/ lids were nice, but that's about it. I sent it back.It worked great at first but after 2 months of using it sparked and popped and stopped working completely.Great productLooked nice, but was not aware how to use it...I had to infer from comments on the Amazon page and what I could find on the web....took a chance and finally found the hidden on switch and even though it looks odd I added water, but was worried....Bought this for my restaurant. It worked fine for 2 months then one day it just didn’t turn on. Not sure what happen there. Also, the corners of the warmer started rusting and leaking even though it is stainless steel. Anyways, would not recommend.
