When I use the word "Design," I'm not writing just about how it looks, but also about how it's engineered and manufactured--how it's put together and how well it works. I previously bought another SUNMORY lamp (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08NFS1VH3) and was so impressed that when I saw this new one I mediately bought it. Starting with how it's carefully packed to arrive without damage, to assembling the lovely wood pieces, to actually using this lamp, the attention to detail is impressive. So, I'd like to point out some basic features first:Why a tripod and why a three color lamp? How many times have you been a a restaurant and the table wobbles so badly that you need to fold a napkin under one of the 4 legs? That's because with four legs, the floor must be perfectly level. Why does a camera tripod have only three legs? Because it will be stable even if it's placed on an uneven surface, and also it's lighter requiring less material. This three legged lamp will sit firmly on a floor even if it is slightly unlevel, and with three legs instead of four, it's less obtrusive in the room making the space feel larger.I know that people have a personal preference for the color of the lights they use in their homes: some people like traditional incandescent red, some like soft white, and some like bright daylight, but did you know that the color of the light can affect your alertness? The bright white light will help you wake up in the morning (5000K), the red color (3000K) will help you get ready for sleep at night, and the soft white (4000K) is perfect for tasks such as reading, sewing, or knitting. (See the color temperature chart I uploaded)This lamp comes skillfully packed for shipping. The wood pieces are wrapped individually so their finish will not be damaged. The parts are precision cut and drilled. The natural finish preserves the beauty of the solid wood. The kit includes extra fasteners and all the tools you will need to assemble it. There are A LOT of beautifully finished fasteners that become a sophisticated visual design element adding an upscale feel to the product.The beveled fasteners are not your typical screws and nuts, but instead large diameter feed through screw posts that look the same on both sides of the joint, and do not rely on the strength of the wood to hold strong. Instead, two per joint, they squeeze the lap joint together in a way that they carry almost no load, won't get loose or pull out over time, and are subject mostly to shear stress--the best way to use fasteners in wood. Where the three legs come together at the top to support the lamp socket and shade, there is a sturdy welded metal part that can easily handle the forces. This special part is designed to cradle the legs. Make sure the end of the leg is aligned with the sides of the metal channels as shown in the uploaded photo.The lamps shade holder is packed with its assembly screws in place so they won't get lost, but it's a little misleading because when the screws are installed, they face in the opposite direction from which they came inserted. The shade comes rolled inside-out so that when installed the curl holds it taught. The shade which is a wabi-sabi patterned plastic fabric clips to the curved rods, and fastens with velcro at the seam. My shade had some excess glue and bulges in several places. The glues is easily removed with fingers, and I used a hairdryer to heat the bulges and squeeze them flush. I used a pliers with masking tape on the jaws to prevent marring the material. While this was a temporary fix, I contacted the company and they immediately offered to send a new shade. How often do you get that response?The cord is a carefully chosen brown braded fabric that blends with the finish of the wood. This subtle choice is quite elegant. The generously long braided power cord is more flexible than the cheaper plastic lamp cord usually supplied with lighting in this price range, and the matte sheen of the fabric helps it to disappear as it runs down the leg. Originally I though I was missing the velcro cable straps that hold the cord to a leg, but instead they were shipped velcroed together, and there was even an extra one.There are lots of photos of the finished lamp, so there is no need for me to add mine.I highly recommend this beautiful and practical floor lamp.First of all, I ordered this lamp for two reasons, one, I loved it and two, reviews commented on great customer service. Both turned out to be true!!Overall the lamp was very easy to put together. I did however have trouble when it came to the assembly of the lampshade. It turned out to be very simple but initially I was really having trouble. So, about 11 pm i contacted the company by email. When I woke up, i looked at my email and they had responded within one hour. It was a person that replied, not a bot!!The information they sent ended up being information I already had therefore wasn't entirely helpful but they assured me that they wanted me to be successful and if i couldn't get the lampshade put together all i had to do was send them a video or picture and they would help me.I didn't need their help again as I was able to loosen the screws and put the lamp shade together. I didn't write back to them because I'd assembled my lamp but THEY reached out to me a couple days later asking if i was successful.I just couldn't believe that they had followed through. They truly care about their customers!I would DEFINITELY purchase other products from this company.All and all this was simple to assemble, has a very long cord. The lamp shade is very nice which I did not expect. I like the style.When the lamp was delivered I thought there is no way a shade could be in the box, I was wrong. The lamp comes in pieces, you assemble EVERYTHING. The directions are 5/10, the writing is so small my 57 yr old eyes needed a magnifying glass. It was easy to assemble but for two things: the schematic drawing of the screws didn't seem to match what is needed for construction. and the same for the shade hardware. Once I got the lamp together though I figured out what I needed to change for the shade hardware and then it was fine. The light bulb provided is too bright for the spot I need so I just changed the bulb. The shade is arts and craftsy, you unroll it and Velcro it together, but you can easily put a more expensive one on. For the price, this is a nice, good looking lamp that does the job. I gave 4 stars because of the assembly issues I had and one leg doesn't quite match up (see pic). Overall, the general star rating on this lamp is justified.Overall, I am very happy with this lamp. There have been just enough 'hiccups' along the way that I couldn't give it 5 stars though. The first lamp we ordered did not have one of the openings for the screw connectors predrilled (all of the other opening were done). Not a big issue, I just drilled the opening myself. The bigger problem occurred ~3 months later when the on/off pull cord broke from where it attaches to the lamp. The customer service team was great. They were very responsive; and while it took three tries to get us the correct part to fix the lamp, I now have a normally working lamp again. I really like this lamp and would buy it again. One more note: If you use the light bulb that they supply it switches the light type (daylight/bright/soft white) each time the lamp is turned on. I found that annoying, but it was easy to fix by putting in a 'normal' lightbulb.The tripod lamp fulfilled all the hopes and dreams I had for it.Easy to assemble came with simple easy to follow instructions. Im an architect & bought this to light up my antique drafting table.I've been asked more than a few X where I bought/ cost.Jaws hit the floor when I mention the $Looks great in my living room. Has a fabric braided power cord, which I thought was a nice detail. Decent quality and straightforward to put together. There was some difficulty during assembly when some of the screws were defective and didn't fit their corresponding parts. I reported to seller, who right away sent replacement parts. Lamp has been great since. I would mention that there is a large seam where the lamp shade overlaps. But when turned towards the wall, it isn't noticeable. Overall, it looks good and is great for the price.Ich bin echt sehr begeistert von dieser Lampe. ❤️Habe die Lampe in Weiß gekauft.Beim Lieferumfang war einfach alles dabei!E27 LED Birne und sogar Werkzeug.Also einfach auspacken und sofort zusammenschrauben.Habe mal ein paar Bilder zum Vergleich der Größe hochgeladen. Die Lampe steht neben meinem 75" TV und ist überhaupt nicht kleingeraten.Qualität ist auch groß geschrieben,die Beine sind aus Holz und gleichmäßig gefärbt.Die Lampenfassung mit Zugschaltung macht auch einem sehr guten und robusten Eindruck.Und der Lampenschirm kommt gerollt an, den muss man dann wie gewohnt ausrollen und an den Bügeln festklammern.Das Stromkabel ist überdurchschnittlich lang und kann dank den mitgelieferten Kabelbindern an das Bein gebunden werden.Kleiner Tipp: Mit farbigen LEDs sieht es genau so Mega aus :-) siehe letztes Bild (die LED Birne ist aber von mir)Da habe ich mal wieder was tolles für sehr wenig Euronen ergattert :-)VISTE CUALQUIER RINCÓN EN EL QUE LA PONGASMe ha sorprendido muy gratamente esta lámpara. Tenía mis reservas, porque nunca sabes cuando compras por Internet si lo que has comprado es lo que buscas... ¡¡PUES FUE UN ACIERTO TOTAL!! principalmente porque está construida con unos materiales de alta calidad, acabados impecables, y diseño moderno-vintage que llama la atención y llena el rincón de la casa donde la coloques con su presencia.El montaje es muy sencillo, en apenas unos minutos estaba lista. La caja en la que venía es super compacta, no me creía que ahí dentro cupiera una lámpara. Las piezas todas embaladas por separado con protección para que no se arañen entre sí, y el manual muy claro (más que los muebles de Ikea).ES UN PLACER VER LA MADERA NATURAL DE ESTA CALIDAD. El color de la madera no es barniz, es la propia madera. LA TEXTURA SUAVE CON EL SATINADO SE VE SUPER NATURAL Y LOS ACABADOS SON DE 10. Los herrajes encajan a la perfección y también son de calidad. Contrasta el ligero cromado de la tornillería con el tono de la madera, dando un aire a la vez moderno y vintage.MUY CONTENTOS con nuestra compra, lo recomiendo totalmenteAll'inizio l'ho montata con i piedi larghi. Non mi piaceva, troppo ingombrante. Poi li ho stretti, ora occupa molto meno, e rimane più elegante. Riempie la stanza da sola, più bella lontana dalla parete secondo me. Anche se vicino alla parete può essere utile per mascherare la riga di giunzione del telo. Il sistema di montaggio del telo lascia le clip a vista, una volta accesa la luce. Questo è un dettaglio che non mi piace. Così come la visibilità dei montanti interni. Sono piccole cose che se fossero state migliori mi avrebbero spinto a dare 5 stelle sullo stile. Mentre il legno è buono, così come la viteria, anche se nera. Le tre opzione di luce sono buone, anche se difficilmente si utilizza (a mio parere) quella fredda. Io uso sempre la calda.In definitiva, stavo per ridarla indietro per i motivi di cui sopra, cercando altro di più elegante. Ma è un oggetto a cui ci si affeziona dopo un po', per cui non credo che la restituirò. E la luce è molto bella.Mi sono letteralmente innamorato di questa lampada... la mia paura era il montaggio invece è assolutamente facile da montare!ci ho messo io 5 minuti a tocco d'orologio che sono impedito in qualsiasi lavoro manuale... quindi se ce l'ho fatta io ce la può fare veramente chiunque!La lampada è veramente fatta bene, il legno ha un colore bellissimo e che si intona perfettamente con il mio arredamento.Altra cosa buona è che viene data in dotazione una lampadina a basso consumo ma che fa un'ottima quantità di luce.Devo dire che mi piace un sacco... questo angolo che ho fotografato è diventato il mio angolo di lettura e uno degli angoli preferiti di casa.Vivamente consigliata!Altra cosa positivissima è il cavo di collegamento! finalmente una lampada con un cavo abbastanza lungo da non dover usare nessuna ciabatta o prolunga!spedizione ovviamente perfetta arrivata in un giorno lavorativo. E niente... vado a sedermi in poltrona a leggere un libro con la mia lampada preferita di casa!Heute kam das Paket mit der Lampe, sofort aufgemacht und die Augen wurden immer größer. Denn in dem Paket war nur ein noch kleineres. Die Lampe entpuppte sich als genial einfacher Bausatz, eine logische Bauanleitung war beigelegt. Außerdem ein Link zu einem Online-Video. Der Aufbau hat dann tatsächlich ganze 10 Minuten gedauert. Wer auch nur halbwegs begabt ist, bekommt das definitiv hin, man kann eigentlich nichts falsch machen.Die Lampe hat wirklich Stil und ist wunderschön. Die beiliegende LED-Leuchte macht ein angenehm warmweisses Licht. Die Betätigung erfolgt über einen raffinierten Mini-Kettenzug, wie ich es noch von der Stehlampe meiner Oma kenne. Aber hier eben alles auf modernstem Stand. Die 3 Beine werden aus jeweils 3 Teilen verschraubt. Sie sind aus Echtholz, machen einen absolut wertigen Eindruck. Und was mich persönlich besonders erfreut hat, es waren von allen Schrauben noch jeweils 2 zusätzlich enthalten, allein für sowas würde ich glatt einen Extrapunkt geben. Somit ganz klare Kaufempfehlung!
