Let me just say this is one of the prettiest wax warmers I've ever purchased. The pictures don't do it justice. I pulled it of the box and plugged it in and was amazed at how sparkly it is. It came with cups to put the wax melt in, and it is so easy to clean. I reuse the cups because they work long after one use.The only thing it doesn't do is warm the wax completely. Probably because it's tall and the heat from the bulb doesn't reach all the way to the top where the wax sits. Still works great though, my wax melts have a longer life too since they don't get as hot, and the heat doesn't burn the scent out of it as quickly.Definitely a must buy. I've bought three of these for different rooms in my home and most likely will buy more.The colors are very vibrant. Many options to choose from.Really like this. Have ordered other ones which had a silicon tray for the wax as opposed to the individual ones. The silicon ones make the unit look much nicer. Other than that, it's fineI got this wax warmer for my mom on mothers day about 2 years ago. She loved it. She used it a few times before the colors stopped changing. When she turns it on its on teal. It has been stuck on teal for a while. I have turned off the wax warmer and turned it on multiple times but it won't change colors any more. When she first got it, it changed colors. The wax warmer itself still melts wax and works, it's just the color won't change anymore. It's either that or I have no idea how to change the color.I had previously purchased two Kanlarens Wax Melts and I love them. I decided to buy a third one to give to a friend as a gift. Once I received it and opened the box the back portion was damaged. I really don’t feel like returning it so I replaced the damaged one with one of mine and gave it to my friend. Not sure if it was damaged at Amazon or your company.Posted a few of the colors. Love the little cups that comes with it too!One of the best wax melt systems I've used. It could be the cube melting cups that work well with the heater, but the scents fill an entire room quicker with this melter than any I've used before. The colors changing lights are also very pretty. I'm a bit disappointed to read I can't change the bulb when it burns out though! :(Got this for my brother in law for Christmas and he loves it! More "masculine" looking and makes his house smell good. Pairs wonderfully with Bath and Body Works 3 wick candles. Just put the candle in the freezer over night, pop it out of the glass the next day and cut it up.
