I’m a beginner beginner and this kit came with everything I needed, minus the vessel. But that’s a given. It’s super easy to use, clean and store. I would highly recommend this for someone like me wanting to try out candle making for the first time.I repurposed a dough bowl I found at good will into a beautiful candle,Received package on time but missing the actual melting pot. Like what the actual F? How am I supposed to make candles with my candle making kit without the actually melting pot? Highly Disappointed.The kit came incomplete without the spoon. Dissapointed for not having the whole set.The kit came without 12.5cm candle wicks. INCOMPLETEI received everything the listing said it would come with!However, I was dissapointed in not seeing at least some instructions, I knew nothing about candle making, but I had some molds and thought a set like this would come with instructions.Had to YouTube how to make candles.There's the double boiler method (aka put the wax in the measuring tin. Go and fill a regular pot with water put it on about medium heat and then put the measuring tin in and wait for the wax to melt.)Or a coffee cup / wax warmer, this method is actually more convient imo.This wax does not work well with silicone molds (I have some soy wax cubes that worked just fine in the molds.) Trying to take the wax out of the mold after hardened led to the edges of the flower molds petals crumbling.So this is a 'pour into tins/containers' only sort of wax.This kit is great for beginners. It comes with almost everything you need except for tins/jars or a mold to put the candle wax into once melted. You also must provide your own scents or colorants if you are looking to do that. Otherwise, I am very impressed with this kit. It would make a great starter kit for someone who is interested in making candles. Just make sure to buy some tins/jars/molds before you make them.There's no containers for the wax. But you have close to a pound of wax, a melting cup, wicks, wick tape, a stirring spoon, and warning labels and wick holders.
