My best friend lost her candle lighter, so I got her one of these. It’s a really nice lighter and I know she will love it.I like this lighter OK for the few times that I used it. It is very hard to fill with gas and then after a few uses I noticed it wouldn’t take gas anymore so I opened it up and the gas tank has cracks all around it and just leaks the gas as it goes in Sanel it’s rendered useless. Seeing that I am about four days or so after my ship date I guess I’m not eligible for a refund so I guess it’s just another waste of money. It would be awesome if there was a way to contact the seller with this problem instead of having to leave this review Because all I really would like to have is just a new gas tankGreat candle lighter! Fully metal, heavy, feels of good quality. I wanted to write a review specifically to address the fact that the instructions do not mention bleeding air from the device before filling.When I first filled with detain the flame was very weak. I couldn’t see any indication of fuel being in it through the window and then it occurred to me to try to bleed air from it and it hissed for a good full five seconds or so. Afterwards I filled again only this time I could see the fuel level in the window and the lighter worked great I’d like to have a few of these. The disposable ones don’t last very long at my house and they cost 5-8 dollars a piece. This one should last for years with refills making it well worth the price.As you can see by my original review below I loved this torch. I've now had it for two months or so. When I got it first It worked great, lit every time, and then one day, it didn't. It just stopped working. No warning just won't light. Well that's not entirely true, it lights every 25 times or so. Makes me very sad. I thought I had finally found one that would continue to work. I believe they should have a longer life then what it had. That being said, I can no longer recommend this.Love this torch. Not only does it work great but the pink is really pretty. It's not a torch that gives you a really long flame, but that's one of the reasons I like it. I don't have to worry about it shooting out a foot. It lights everytime. Never had an issue. I just think it's a great little torch.I love this torch. I've been searching for the perfect torch for me and have been unsuccessful until I found this one. It's small easy to use and quieter than other torches. Plus it comes in a pink color which is beautiful. It is metal so it's got a little bit of weight to it but that's really unnoticeable. The flame is the perfect height weather is on low or high. A previous torch I had bought the flame shot out at more than 6"! And sounded like a jet taking off. This torch is discreet. The click of the button to ignite is very quiet compared to other torches I've used. This by far is my favorite torch!I didn’t realize I would need butane. I thought it would come filled. So if you buy this order some at the same time. The lighter works great and it’s so pretty and I’m sure it will last a long time!i use this for popping bubbles in resin and I love it super cute color easy to refill and useThis is an elegant lighter. It is all metal nicely built. No cheap stuff here. I absolutely love it! I have had it for few days now and again nice packaging good feel in the hand not to hard to push the trigger. I would highly recommend this lighter. I also purchase 3 other lighters just to check them out this one is definitely at the top of my favorites list. The flame can be set very low, I like that. We will see how long it lasts.
