To clean: if you don't have the liners for the wax cubes to sit in, don't fret. Put the tray holding the melted wax in the freezer.This warmer takes the newer, weird shaped bulbs. The bulb it comes with does not warm up enough for the fragrance to permeate the room.Lovely to look at, though, and a hotter bulb did the trickI loved it but, I just got in Aug 11th and the on off switch just stopped working.I wanted a tart burner for my kitchen and this was a sophisticated design that works! I used 2-3 soy wax melt squares and get at least a week of scent before refilling. I only have it on in the mornings and after dinner, to freshen up the smell! The light bulb is super bright, and does give off some heat (especially in the summer) which makes the tart metal hot. I use a towel to remove it and pour the hot wax in the garbage and wipe put with a paper towel. This is the easiest way i have found to clean and remove old wax. Awesome product so far, hope it lasts.I absolutely love this wax warmer! It melts the wax fast and makes the whole house smell amazing! My other wax warmers don’t get very hot and therefore don’t put off a very strong scent, this is the best wax warmer I’ve ever owned by far! And it’s super pretty!The warmer looks great. Check the dimensions, it was bigger than I expected.I gave it as a gift and they loved itIt gets just warm enough, not too hot. I love the look of it as well. Looks niceThe bulb burst 2 weeks after buying and despite going to a specialist electrical store I am unable to buy the same volt and wattage of bulb and have been advised a lower one will probably not melt the wax and a larger would blow the fuseLove the look and ease of use of this burner. However really disappointed that within 3 days the bulb has blown. Thankfully it came with a spare bulb I just hope the next one lasts longer!Edit: I contacted the seller as the 2nd bulb went after one day and they quickly got 2 more bulbs to me. The first 2 must have been faulty as so far I’ve not had any problems. Couldn’t fault the service!Very nice melt warmer. It looks lovely in my home. The light is just the right amount of brightness to show the pattern on the warmer. The scented wax melts I use give off a good scent throw. So I am very happy with this .Does not get too hot to touch. Would recommend. Edit.... 6 months later, had a small problem with the wax melt dish. Contacted the seller who dealt with my problem very quickly. I was expecting a replacement dish but was given a whole burner as replacement. Was not expecting that. Very pleased with the customer service.This heats the melts really well and has a lovely background light. Very happy with this for adding scent and ambience to my lounge.UpdateI have used this everyday since I received it and thought it was great HOWEVER my second bulb has blown and trying to get bulbs is a nightmare. Mine came with GU10+c 230v 20w which I just can’t find. In he description it says to use GU10 25w. Yet I was reading about somebody who used GU10 35w and it wasn’t warm enough to melt the wax.So I am just not sure where or what bulbs I should use to replace mine.I would hate to have to throw this away because I hate non recyclable waste.CAUTION! Used twice - 3rd time I switched it on by the cord switch the bulb exploded with such ferocity that the lid was displaced and powdered glass and chunks were everywhere! The fitted 5amp fuse did nothing - the explosion blew my electrics. If the lid had not been in place I would be blind now! CAUTION!
