This is a great cup warmer as cup warmers go... Christmas decor (green tree version)PROS-No on/off switch - comes on with the weight of the cup-keeps liquid warmish - but not hot (which may be a "con" for some folks). A warmer isn't really designed to keep liquids scalding hot - just warm-easy to clean smooth cup area. Clean by moist wipe - when cool, not hot-festive holiday print - I'll use year roundCONS-pretty big foot print - if you have a smaller area, this is gonna be a challenge... about 5 1/2" across the middle of circleThere is a black cord to plug in - about 3ft or so long. The warmer has a lit ring that is lit when there is weight on the warmer - activating the the warmer which gets pretty hot - but does keep liquids warmish - not hot. The other thing to note is that you will need a flat bottom cup. It will not warm any cup that isn't fully flat on the warmer.- The bottom of the warmer is plastic and will be slippery on other plastic surfaces. I tried to put some of that rubber webbing underneath, but the warmer won't turn on because the weight of the cup of presses a tiny button on the bottom of the unit doesn't reach the surface you set it on - and therefore wont turn on. This is the biggest challenge so far.Over all, in my opinion, it works as I'd expected. I hate to drink tepid coffee or tea - this does make it warmer than tepid. The less liquid that it is in the cup, the warmer it will be (captain obvious - right?). To me, this is a nice quality warmer for a reasonable price. Having said all of that, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.This warmer kept my coffee hot & the auto heat per weight works great. I just wish it had a little more weight & a small lip to keep the cup from sliding. My dog ran by & bumped the power chord. My full coffee cup & the warmer flew across the room. The cup survived, the warmer shattered into hundreds of glass slivers.I love this thing! It's really adorable, not too big, and it definitely keeps my coffee hot. I would say, be careful not to leave your spoon in there, or too little liquid, as it will get more hot than what is comfortable, but with a half-to-full cup of coffee, it's perfect. And it does light up when on, just as expected. I'm so happy with this, and would definitely recommend <3The product is exactly as shown on the website. When you set your cup on it, it heats up and keeps your beverage warm. Unfortunately it will also melt plastic cups and styrofoam cups and can burn you if you forget it's been on. No off switch is a major flaw. Great gift for someone in an office.Product works well and effectively reheats a cup of beverage in a few minutes (or keeps it warm). It has a cute and festive design and an indicator light to show that it is working. It is about 5 inches across, big enough for the biggest mug, I imagine, and probably twice as wide as most of my mugs.Keeps my coffee/tea nice and hot. Good, simple design. Generous-sized base, you can put any size mug or even a bowl of soup on it. I’m thinking of getting another one for the home office.Bought this for my home office bound daughter. Her home office is colder than the rest of the house. She really likes that this keeps her beloved coffee warm and enjoyable.Merry Christmas to me!
