It's been alright. It's easy to use but honestly the max line for water isn't high enough to warm the entire bottle of milk. I have Evenflo bottles and Dr. Brown...Works great! I recommend! The temperature is accurate.Love it and it’s super cute heats bottles super fast and I was worried about the kind of bottles I have not working with it but como-tomo bottles work with itThis thing is amazing. As a single mom with a active baby and lifestyle I am so glad I purchased this. The constant warm is great for late nights.Recently the power auto shut off frequently. Will try to clean and hope it can fix.Got this warmer to be able to heat two bottles at the same time. It’s easy to use. I’ve only used it to heat bottles and defrost frozen milk bags. You definitely need to have the exact amount of water in the warmer for the temperature to be good, otherwise it can be extremely hot or cold. You only need to adjust the minutes appropriately with the amount of liquid in the bottles. I’ve had difficulties with mine having extremely hot or cold with the right amount of water. I contacted the company and they will be sending me a replacement with two brushes in receipt of this review.I will update once I use this longer but so far so goodMy friend loved the gift, perfectThis warmer is total rubbish (practically).It looks fancy and nice in the kitchen…but what’s the use? It keeps cutting off automatically. Within the first month, it was once (cutting off at 23.00-00.00) EVERYNIGHT!!!Now…it cuts of multiple times. I’ve followed the seller recommendation (cleaning it once per week, changing the water etc). Note I only use bottle water (so there is no build up of limescale).I usually use it on content warming mode to keep the water at 37 degrees so when I am ready to feed the baby, it’s easy! This defeats the purpose of this…I do not recommend this!!!We bought this item to use as a milk warmer for our new born.Our baby was born on the 26th June, used this for the first time on the 28th. Connected to a standard UK socket in the kitchen, on turning the device on it started to warm the bottle then flashed and went with a loud bang, causing the kitchen sockets to all trip.On checking the device, I could see burn marks on the exterior of the device so took off the bottom cover (4 screws) - something has failed on the first time of using - I have contacted the seller to rectify and will update my review once they respond.what looks like a smooth and quick touch to switch the device on and adjust any settings to us is sometimes a 5min job to change just one setting. sometimes it takes us 1 minute to "hammer" (slightly exaggerating here) on the on/off button because nothing really happens. The lady switches it on with an easy touch, clearly misleading. On some days it doesn't matter how or where we try to switch the device on, the buttons just won't react. Changing any setting (mostly using the continuous heating) is annoying and takes about 4-8 tries until there is any reaction/feedback from the device. we regret having bought this on the second day we tried to use it.What's also misleading: the lady in the video easily touches the buttons. In order to push any buttons, you better hold on to the device, it'll just slide away with any push, and you'll have to hold the device on the side with both hands. Sorry - but this is ridiculous.The features - once you manage to use the buttons - are OK. The beep is a bit loud and if you - like us - would like to have it in the same room where you are napping, the display is VERY bright and if you are easily disturbed, this should not be in the same room.The main reason for my bad rating is the simple fact that they advertise it as easy to use and it's the exact opposite. Not because it'S complicated, but simply because the buttons don't react anything like in the video - if at all.Just abysmal, returning and replacing with a dedicated bottle warmer.1) touch controls are rubbish. You have to use the print of your fingers, and not the tips... this makes it dang awful to use.2) there is no feedback. You have to wait a minuet to see if its actually started as it dosnt beep of make a noise at all.3) very slow and small for sterilising. Takes 15 mins to sterilise 1 bottle at a time.4) we use mam bottles 160ml, with 90ml of milk from fridge.12 minuets on normal mode and the milk still didn't reach 40 degrees.Only good part. Is fast mode. That works....But not enough to save it.Buttons are often really unresponsive and as they’re more of a ‘touch panel’ than discrete buttons, you often end up stabbing your finger around where the symbol is trying to get it to respond. This happens a lot and is irritating at 4am!Does heat up rapidly and the ‘keep warm’ function is great for making milk prior to the long night making 4am feeds much simpler.Overall I do like it and I’d recommend it.
